This is a nice Coleman 200A lantern made February, 1966. The paint has been polished, tank has been cleaned, a new fuel cap seal installed (in the original red cap, not shown), the pump leather has been oiled.
It lights and burns perfectly. This is the brightest 200A I have in my collection. About 250 candlepower.
This is a white gas lantern. It should be used with white gas where available or Coleman Fuel, but can be used with regular gasoline in a pinch.
It will come with a new Peerless 2C-HG mantle tied on. They are strong and burn bright. They are much better than Coleman mantles and cared for, it should last several seasons.
Additional mantles (Coleman #21 string tie) can be purchased at any ACE or Walmart. The Peerless are available on line.
This is the icon of the Coleman line and appears in company logos. They command much higher price than the more common green 220 two mantle model.
It's smaller but uses less fuel and puts out almost as much light. Great for camping, evening picnics, and emergencies, and makes a great rustic accessory for your den or basement.
Opening bid is $15.
Bid increments of $5, please. This lantern is worth about 4X the opening bid.
