I knew it was probably damaged beyond repair, but I wanted to ask anyway. Thanks for looking at it. The hood and decklid came off today, so here's a new pic. The drivers door is now totally taken apart, except the vent wing and door handle (the screws still wont come out). I guess I'll have my cousin look at them when he does the floorpans.

So lathered it down with WD40, let it sit for about 2 days, and guess what... they still won't budge. Any advice? The dash is now totally taken apart, except for the headlight/wiper switches that I'm still trying to figure out how to take off.

Someone is going to have to work the replacement fender to make it fit the quarter panel and vise versa. You don't want gaps, too tight a fit or for the bolt holes not to line up. I've become somewhat of an expert at this lately. The good news is that it's just metal, and metal can be reworked. And if you use aftermarket fenders, be sure to replace both sides with the same kind of fender so they'll match, because not all fenders are created equal.
