This is for the old style EZBoard/Early Yuku accounts. To see the new account instructions (after 2010), scroll down further.
Pip Pip Cheerio, today we're going to learn how to put banners into signatures.
1. At the top of every page, you'll find a teensy little bar with your account name on it and three options: Account, Images, and Logout.
We'll want to click the "Account" option.

2. This will take us to the account options page. There will be a section on the left titled "Active Profile: [your account name]" with your avatar if you have one and several options to the right of it. We're going to choose the "Edit Signatures" option.

3. Once on the Edit Signatures page, we'll want to find the "My First Signature" option and click "Edit."
Yuku allows a user to have up to 5 unique signatures at a time, but the majority of users tend to stick with one.

4. We will be brought to the editing pane, which looks similar to most editing windows on the internet. Familiar items include text color, size, and font along with bold, italics, strikethrough, etc. To insert a banner, we'll want to click the "insert image" icon. It resembles a tiny little framed picture.

5. A dropdown pane will appear, with the options "Add from URL", "Create Album", and "Refresh".
Click "Add From URL."

6. A popup will appear prompting you to enter the image's URL. Do so. Click "OK."

(note: for those not in the know, the URL is the direct link that tells your browser where to find your banner. Nearly all image hosting sites (photobucket, imageshack, etc) give you "direct link" options when you upload images to them.)
7. If done correctly, your banner should appear in the space below the toolbar. Feel free to add any text you wish.

Note that LBF has a general rule regarding signature height; signatures are generally restricted to one roughly 100 pixel high banner plus two lines of text in smallish font. You won't get banned for going a bit over, but we do try to keep our pages from getting overcrowded with big signatures, so we would greatly appreciate it if you try to stay within the bounds.
8. Make sure you hit the "SUBMIT" button when you're done and viola! Your signature is nice and pretty. High-five!
