Looks like you have everything except the cross-car line. Though I highly recommend a dual circuit master cylinder. We were just discussing this in another thread.

In a single circuit system, like yours, if a leak forms anywhere in the system (and there's many ways it can), you're left with absolutely no brakes at all other than the emergency brake. However, on a dual circuit system the front brakes and rear brakes are on their own circuit. If there's a leak in the front, you still have the rears, and vice versa.
