If the fender has been hit that hard, odds are a replacement fender won't be a simple bolt on. Someone is going to have to work the replacement fender to make it fit the quarter panel and vise versa. You don't want gaps, too tight a fit or for the bolt holes not to line up. I've become somewhat of an expert at this lately. The good news is that it's just metal, and metal can be reworked. And if you use aftermarket fenders, be sure to replace both sides with the same kind of fender so they'll match, because not all fenders are created equal.

Doc is right.  I am sure there is collateral damage to the quarter as well.  You will definitely have fit the car to a different fender.  You can buy replacement nuts for the quarter and weld them in.  Do all your bending hammering and straightening now.  It would be a real downer if you have it all painted and nothing fits properly.
