Re the 4/130 to 5/205 Disc conversion:

There is a 4 to 5 hole conversion plate available but it is not recommended for disc brakes and wouldn't give you the correct 'naked' wheel look.

As far as i am aware, I am afraid there is no 'Conversion' it is a case of buying a new rotor and matched caliper (and probably a new hub and carrier)

Others may be able to point you in a different direction...

I'll just keep the adjustable beam then and resort to good old drums.
