Great shots Sailer! Shame that I don't carry my phone with me all the time. Driving around St. Louis this time of year is a car show in itself. I love that Eagle station wagon, been wanting one for a long time. I mean it's a station wagon built on a Jeep CJ chassis with 4-wheel drive!!!!

This past May my work hosted its invitational Concours! The featured car was THE COOLEST VINTAGE CAR I HAVE EVER SEEN! Might want to place some plastic over your keyboards to protect it from the fellas. Presenting a local treasure!!!

a 1957 Ferrari 250GT Berlinetta TdF (Tour de France)!!! We had it on display in the gallery for a few days leading up to the show. Here are some pics of this rare, multi-million dollar masterpiece!

Car has even a better history, This from the get go was a Ferrari Factory Race Car! It actually took 2nd in the 1958 Tour de France, That right folks, this is one of the 250GT's that earned the name TdF! She suffered severe body damage at a race in the mid 60's. The car's current owner is a 3rd generation car collector, who's father purchased the wrecked race car in 1974 and subsequently brought it stateside. The owner (who's name I will not mention) told me that in high school it was his date car! After the passing of his father a number of years ago he was finally able to undergo the restoration process. It took 6 years and involved some HEAVY metal sectioning, complete nut & bolt renewal with an entire power-train rebuild! She is tuned for 110 and smells just as good as she sounds. The restoration was just finished last year and our show was the first time the car has been publicly shown since 1974! I spent a considerable amount of time conversing with the very humble, down to earth owner. I asked him if he drives it and I feel that to properly answer that question one should just watch the following video...
